Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data Mostajr collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Account info — email, name, mobile number, encrypted password (handled by Firebase Authentication).
• Property data you enter — units, tenants, payments, maintenance records, government records, electricity meter readings, attachments.
• Billing info — handled by our payment provider (Nomod or Stripe). We never store full card numbers; we only see the last 4 digits and a customer ID.
• Tenant portal data — if you invite tenants, they each get a portal account scoped only to their own unit.
• Technical logs — minimal access logs for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

Solely to operate the Service for you and to send service-related notifications (welcome email, payment confirmations, renewal reminders). We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Where it's stored

Data is hosted on Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage). Each customer's data is fully isolated — Firestore security rules enforce that only you, and the tenants you've explicitly invited, can read your records. We use Resend (info@mostajr.com) for transactional emails.

4. Your rights

You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Import/Export (full JSON backup or per-collection CSV). You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Subscription → Delete Account; this triggers immediate Firebase Auth deletion (freeing your email for re-registration) and Firestore data wipe. Per applicable law (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability — exercise them in-app or via the contact email below.

5. Cookies

Only essential cookies and local-storage entries for authentication and language preference. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics that profile you.

6. Children

Mostajr is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.
