Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data Mostajr collects and how it is used.

1. What we collect

• Account info: email, name, encrypted password (handled by Firebase Authentication).
• Application data you enter: flat info, tenant info, payments, maintenance, government records.
• Billing info (when you subscribe): handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
• Technical logs: minimal access logs for security purposes.

2. How we use it

Solely to operate the Service for you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Where it's stored

Data is hosted on Google Firebase (Firestore / Cloud Storage). Each customer's data is isolated — security rules enforce that only you (and your tenants you invite) can read your records.

4. Your rights

You can export your data at any time from Settings → Account → Export. You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Delete. Subject processing of personal data is per applicable law (e.g., GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure).

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies / local storage for authentication and language preference. No tracking cookies.
