By using Mostajr ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate registration information including a valid email and mobile number.
Mostajr is free forever for 1 unit. To add more units you need a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually through Nomod (or Stripe where applicable). Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
You own all the data you upload — units, tenants, payments, maintenance records, government records, attachments. We only process this data to provide the Service to you. You can export everything (JSON or CSV) at any time from Settings → Import/Export.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to upload malicious content, to bypass usage limits via multiple accounts, or to attempt to access other users' data.
The Service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance via the in-app banner.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation before permanent deletion, giving you a window to reactivate or export.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions may be refunded pro rata within the first 14 days. Refund requests go to info@mostajr.com.
